I’ll structure your workouts to suit your fitness goals and medical conditions. I’ll teach you to make healthy choices wherever you go.
Am I a medical professional? Do I diagnose medical conditions? Nope.
But I’ll help you manage your medical conditions by reworking your food and daily habits and helping you with exercise routines. This will help with not aggravating the existing medical condition over time.
Does that mean you can forego medication prescribed by the doctor? Absolutely not.
While managing your daily habits and eating balanced food, you will still need to take doctor prescribed medication until your health condition is under control. You can then get your vitals re-evaluated by a doctor.
Do you need a doctor’s consent to start health coaching?
To improve general health and fitness it’s usually not required. But if you have conditions like ashtma, arthritis, diabetes, BP, heart conditions, joint pain, etc., you definitely need a doctor’s consent before you begin health coaching.
