
First off, I don’t refer to it as a diet plan. That’s because my clients don’t follow a traditional diet—they simply learn to manage portion sizes with the foods they already enjoy.
Secondly, the entire meal plan is tailored to include the foods they regularly eat, whether at home, in a cafeteria, or at a restaurant. I also customize meal plans based on individual preferences, such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, Jain, etc.
Lastly, the meals are strategically timed to match a client’s daily schedule, helping them stay energized throughout the day, avoid hunger, and manage food cravings effectively.
