
I had one of the blog readers ask me if I could show some exercises to manage the tennis/golfer’s elbow problem. So here goes –
- Forearm pronation and supination
- Wrist flexion
- Wrist extension
- Ball squeeze for grip strength
- Wrist radial deviation
- Forearm pronation and supination strengthening

These are just some of the movements which I have listed. It would however be advisable to consult with a physiotherapist for rehabilitation.
Please note that it is best to use an icepack and rest during severe pain.
