About me

I am Megha from Bangalore. Health and fitness have always been deeply rooted in my life—so much so that my family is affectionately known as “the fit family” among our friends and community. With a Master’s degree in Food Technology and a career as an engineer, I set out to improve the way we eat by making food healthier and more hygienic. But after several years in the restaurant industry, I realized something was missing. Despite my efforts, I wasn’t feeling the fulfillment I had hoped for—and ironically, the long hours and extensive travel was beginning to take a toll on my own health.  When the pandemic hit, with my job on the rocks, I finally asked myself: Am I truly doing what I’m meant to do? That got me exploring and led to a powerful realization—I could merge my expertise in food science with my lifelong passion for fitness. This inspired me to pursue certification in health coaching from MHB, and today, I can confidently say I’ve found my true calling.

My transformation journey

2017 – 58 kg
2018 – 67 kg (post typhoid/dengue weight gain)
2019 – 63 kg
2021 – 72 kg (34 weeks pregnancy)
2025 – 55 kg

No matter the challenges or health issues life throws your way, it’s important to keep striving for fitness and well-being. I’ve faced my share of struggles—dealing with hormonal imbalances during puberty, battling a typhoid and dengue co-infection with heavy antibiotics just before my wedding, navigating pregnancy during the Covid pandemic, and whatnot. But through it all, I never stopped prioritizing exercise and healthy eating.

Like many others, I used to focus solely on losing weight, overlooking strength and overall wellness. That mindset made it hard to maintain consistent habits in the long term. The biggest change between who I am now and who I was a decade ago is that I’ve finally figured out a routine that works for me. I’ve tailored a meal plan that supports my gut, and now my goal is to get stronger—not just to lose weight!

P.s. None of the photos are edited because I do not wish to hide my flaws. I am not perfect but I choose to be better than I was yesterday, everyday.
