I’m 56 year old taking medicine for diabetes and hypertension since 7 years. What started with a low dose initially kept on increasing over the years. I tried some things which didn’t have any effect. With frustration, I gave up and was living with disappointment and lethargy. Megha spoke to me and explained my condition very confidently, clarifying all my doubts and convinced me to commit to her program. Within a week of starting the meal plan given by Megha, I started feeling good , my gut health improved immediately. My diabetes medicine was reduced, pains started subsiding. After one month, a fortnight after including exercises, my HbA1c had reduced by one full point and medicine was further reduced. I started losing weight noticeably! Now, I feel energetic and enthusiastic all day long! As a bonus, my varicose veins have started to fade away!! It’s 60 days since I’m in the program. I’m feeling great!! I’m healthier and happier!! Megha has been very dedicated, positive, motivating and supportive throughout this beautiful journey. She has been a great coach and has taught me how to control the portion even when I eat outside and balance the nutrition. She is very loving, caring and positive. When I reached out to her with any problem or situation along this journey, I got simple positive solution from her. She didn’t recommend anything which was impossible for me to do or cook. I have been a client of Megha’s since May 2024. I am 31 years old and I have struggled with digestive issues for quite a few years and I also am lactose intolerant.
